    We made the right decision in choosing CWC Custom Homes to build our home. The day after we signed our contract, Matt began working on the foundation. Each week Emily sent us a detailed report of the scheduled events to occur. Knowing who was working on construction daily made our personal schedule cohesive with construction. I am grateful for Emily’s guidance in design! Once she had an idea of our likes and dislikes, she offered excellent options for our final choices. Emily always ensured our final selections were within our budget. Emily also made so many suggestions to our initial plans that have proven to be a functional bonus! At each walkthrough, Emily and Matt made sure we were satisfied with the progress. They both let us know that they want us to be happy with our forever home. Those spoken words are the true meaning of a “custom” home builder! At closing, Emily and Matt staged the house with warmth and cozy ambiance! Home decor gifts, photos, and a custom engraved cutting board greeted us in our stunning kitchen! They even set up our Christmas tree! We are now part of the Collin’s family we were told. We are honored to be members. The short 105 days of this journey did not seem as intimidating as I anticipated because we had our Collins “family” to guide us on our path.     We can't say anything bad about these people or this company. From Matt and Emily to all their worker bees, they are just top notch people. Their work and work ethic is exceptional. Their attention to detail and their attention to their clients, is just above and beyond. We are overly pleased with our experience with CWC. Thank you for making our dream come true!!

    Emily and Matt were amazing with our home build. Emily, Matt, and the entire team at CWC separated themselves from other builders. From the very beginning and consistently through the entire build process, Emily operated at a high level of integrity and transparency. She’s extremely organized and an excellent communicator. She was involved at every step and often the first person on site if there were questions or concerns. It is very evident to us that Emily loves helping people build their dream homes and we always felt like our best interest was a high importance to her. Thank you to the entire CWC family for helping build our home.

    Emily, Matt, Justine and the whole lineup really knocked it out of the park for me. I had a unique floor plan and a very tight timeline, and it was as seamless as possible. I felt seen, I felt heard, and I always knew what was going on from day to day, week to week. I didn’t feel a need to micromanage, because the communication was there. The results are everything I had hoped for and I would absolutely work with this team again.

    What a pleasure it was to partner with CWC Custom Homes & Barndominiums to build our Weekend Barndo. Emily and her crew understood the importance to build a place that would honor the past but have the modern necessities. She took our vision and made it become a reality. We were not able to be on site every week but she kept us up to date on the progress with texts, emails, and pictures. The attention to detail and quick response to our questions were reassuring to us. The Barndo was completed in 75 days with great craftsmanship. Emily helped us pick the special little features to make it our home away from home. All the team members were looking out for our best interests and completed the job in a timely manner and with fine precision. We are so happy we chose Emily and CWC Custom Homes & Barndominiums to be our builder and you will be too!
