We made the right decision in choosing CWC Custom Homes to build our home. The day after we signed our contract, Matt began working on the foundation.
Each week Emily sent us a detailed report of the scheduled events to occur. Knowing who was working on construction daily made our personal schedule cohesive with construction.
I am grateful for Emily’s guidance in design! Once she had an idea of our likes and dislikes, she offered excellent options for our final choices. Emily always ensured our final selections were within our budget. Emily also made so many suggestions to our initial plans that have proven to be a functional bonus!
At each walkthrough, Emily and Matt made sure we were satisfied with the progress. They both let us know that they want us to be happy with our forever home. Those spoken words are the true meaning of a “custom” home builder!
At closing, Emily and Matt staged the house with warmth and cozy ambiance! Home decor gifts, photos, and a custom engraved cutting board greeted us in our stunning kitchen! They even set up our Christmas tree!
We are now part of the Collin’s family we were told. We are honored to be members. The short 105 days of this journey did not seem as intimidating as I anticipated because we had our Collins “family” to guide us on our path. Thank you for making our dream a reality!
